Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Our designs are printed on demand so for this reason, we will only return items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return it due to defects or damages, send us a photograph showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item to hornsup[at]purrodii[dot]com. If approved, please send it to our return address on the package you received. Always include your order number in the package with the returned item.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
